Town Hall: Changes to SBA PPP and CDFI Certification Requirements

Inclusiv Town Hall: Changes to
SBA Paycheck Protection Program and CDFI Certification Requirements

David Hincapie of the SBA and Inclusiv's own Terry Ratigan will share their expertise
Tuesday, June 16 at 1:15 PM ET

Join Inclusiv for Part X of our Town Hall series featuring David Hincapie, Economic Development Specialist of the Small Business Administration (SBA) who will discuss changes to the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program as it relates to the recently signed Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020. From extending the period of time covered by the program, to lowering the minimum percentage of loan proceeds required to be used for covered payroll costs to qualify for loan forgiveness, tune in to get the latest updates. The Paycheck Protection Program has provided much-needed relief to millions of small businesses so they can sustain their businesses and keep their workers employed.

In addition, Terry Ratigan, Inclusiv Senior Consultant, will be introducing some of the key changes to CDFI Certification requirements proposed by the CDFI Fund. The CDFI Fund has requested comments on these changes, and Inclusiv will be soliciting feedback from CDCUs before we submit our suggestions.

David and Terry will accept questions from Town Hall attendees. Please send your questions to Jules Epstein-Hebert, Membership Engagement Manager, at before 5:00 pm ET, June 15.
