Inclusiv invites you to register for the two remaining sessions of the RRP Resource Series focused on Rapid Response Program resources. A total of 244 Community Development Credit Unions (CDCUs) received over 400 million dollars in grant funding, most for the first time and at the maximum award.

Rapid Response Program: Transaction Level Reporting

This session will recap the Financial Audits vs. Single A-133 Audits and provide additional information on transaction level reporting for the CDFI Fund.

We would like to encourage the takeaways on the presentation slides and reiterate the following:

For those CUs that received grants above $750K:

  1. Get to a CPA: If you already have CPA audits, make sure they can do Single Audits (and If you don’t have a CPA who can do Single Audits, get one lined up asap)
  2. Keep it simple: Expend the grant funds for loan capital or loan loss Reserves. The further you move away from this the more complicated it will get.
  3. Make a plan: Work with your CPA and audit team to create a plan and a timeline that will support the integration of the single audit
