Office Operations Manager
Sharon Bernard is Office Operations Manager and manages the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for the organization. In partnership with senior management, she implements the strategic vision of the organization to enhance infrastructure and ensure increased process efficiency in furtherance of Inclusiv’s key strategic goals.
Sharon has more than 10 years of office management experience, having first served as Office Manager for Inclusiv from 1994-2004, before embarking on a career as an elementary school teacher. During her 12-year tenure in education, Sharon oversaw classroom instruction as well as classroom management, and worked primarily in early childhood classrooms in both charter and public schools.
During her initial employment with Inclusiv, Sharon completed her BA in Elementary Education K-5 and later went on to earn a Master of Science in Education, both awarded from Brooklyn College. She returned to Inclusiv in 2017.
